Global Crossing Securities and ERISA Litigation

Five partial settlements totaling approximately $325,000,000 were reached on behalf of investors who purchased certain Global Crossing or Asia Global Crossing Securities between February 1, 1999, and December 8, 2003, inclusive. These settlements relate to the Global Crossing Ltd. Securities Litigation, which include the following partial settlements:

1. The Global Crossing Officers and Directors Settlement

2. The Citigroup Entities Settlement

3. The Arthur Andersen Entities Settlement

4. The Financial Institutions Settlement (includes various Underwriters and the CIBC Settlements)

5. The Asia Global Crossing Settlement (involving Microsoft and Softbank Entities)

The distribution of checks to authorized class members as approved by the Court occurred on July 30, 2008. If you are an eligible class member and filed a valid claim in any of the above settlements before January 31, 2008, you should receive a check within the next few weeks.
